Ranchi, May 15: A top leader of the banned Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) has revealed to the police after his arrest in Jharkhand that the outfit’s guerrillas are planning to attack important government installations and have expanded their base in Rajasthan, Haryana and Punjab.
