Answer given by the late Jagraj Singh in 2013.

Synopsis: don't try to take over Punjab, it won't be a sustainable state even if the movement managed to win independence. Rather, take over India democratically by converting 600 million Harijans.

However, I don't agree with the assertion that Hinduism is a culture and not a religion, full stop. It always struck me as veiled bigotry on the part of the Hindutva crowd.

In the West, they have had similar debates about the relationship between Christianity and Judaism. Lately, the term "Judeo-Christian culture" has gained a lot of currency, but quite frankly I think Christian culture is as much Greek as it is Jewish, if not more so. Just look at all the late Roman Empire mystery cults and so on.
