Khalistan=Begumpura=Raaj Karega Khalsa="Sarbat daa bhaalaa" The dera ballaan followers who speak of a different panth, granth are basically those young people who do not wish to follow the Sikh rehat maryada which is difficult to follow ,make full use of the 5 vices forbidden in Sikhism(Kaam,Krodh,Lobh etc) and also indulge in worshipping idols(moorti pooja which is prevelant in the dera balaan mandirs and is in fact a bahmanvaadi ritual) Only those people are trying to misinterpret Khalistan as a "theocratic" state who believe in principles of hindutva fascism or falsely consider(deliberately or in ignorance) India as a so called secular state. But those who have understood the real concept of Khalistan including Hindus(eg Bhai Mohar Singh Pandit and his family, our shaheeds of Operation Bluestar,Bhai Bakshish Singh Kaljug,Bhai Paramjit Singh Pamma etc) ,Christians(a number of kharkoos with Masih surname took part in the Khalistan movement and even muslims(eg Bhai Lachhman Singh Babbar alias Bashir Mohammad and his family including an unborn Singh who were killed by Punjab police in Kolkatta,West Bengal)are ready to give their lives for it. This ultimately leads to the conclusion that Khalistan is not against any community or religion as been potrayed by biased Indian media but only for the rights of Sikhs and Punjabis and their self respect which have been usurped by the Indian state. Even I was one of those even after 1984 and so called end of militancy(which in real sense can not be ended by mere killing people because no one can kill an idea)who used to consider that there is chance of reconciliation and even believed in some of the false stories propogated by the Indian media(I have personally seen all the doordarshan tv coverage from 1984 to 1994 when there was only 1 govt controlled tv and no mobiles or internet)but after the advent of internet the truth has been revealed bare naked and shocked us that we were fed were stories which are exactly opposite of reality. Some Sikhs and Punjabis who have been brain washed by the govt controlled media may be have a distorted view of the reality but day by day this pillar of falsehood erected by GOI,Intelligence agencies, media and other anti Sikh forces is falling down and will soon crash to earth. Guru Nanak Sahab has himself declared we are neither "Hindu nor Muslim" so we have to keep equidistant from both and to fight for our independent identity. Our relations with Hindus,Muslims,Christians or others can be based only on the principle of "mutual respect" and "non interference in each other's religious affairs". Khalistan has been given to us by our Gurus and Guru Granth Sahib and is not a slogan from here and there. Some may call it Sikhistan.Sikhland etc. The reason why Sikhs sided with India(although they have not accepted the constitution of India which still clubs them as Hindus)was because Nehru had promised A region in North west India where Sikhs would enjoy the "glow of freedom" This "verbal promise" was broken immediately after the so called independence .Instead the first gift which India gave to the Sikhs was to call them "a criminal tribe".This is history and anyone can search about this on the internet. In other words an autonomous Khalistan was accepted by Nehru before Independence but Sikhs and Punjabis were betrayed after that.
