[QUOTE="565696, post: 221950, member: 25269"] I agree with what has been stated above by seeker ji.! The Government has acceded to most of the demands of these, so called, farmers. There is no hiatus. The ways and manner these demands are to be satisfied is to be left to the discretion of the Government only. The respective state Governments will decided to withdraw the cases against the farmers. The Government has the right to not to withdraw the cases where the farmers acted far exceedingly their rights and waved and unfurled the saffron flag-Nishan Sahib- a religious symbol, on Red fort and attacked and injured the policemen with the naked glittering swords waving in giant merry circles with their happiness that knew no bounds. Likewise the cases against those who indulged in rape and the savage act of the dismemberment of the body of meat seller, are to be looked into by the Government and should be. These cases and cases of allied nature should continue till these meet the logical end. Another outlandish demand of these majestic people is to constitute the committee on MSP with their prior approval. These kind of trivial will delay the process. The demand of the ouster of Minister, whose son was stated to be involved in trampling over the farmers, also flows from the irrationality that their views should override the legal process. The issue of payment of compensation to the bereaved farmers stands to some logic and the Government is open to this. Sensing their victory they are emboldened to say anything in any tone and tenor of their liking. Its a blackmail and their keen intent to barter their nuisance with pecuniary gains. There is hardy any need of keeping the unrest alive beyond the reasonable limits. I don't think if there is any sensible person who can rationalize the continuation of the gala gathering of the majestic peoples squatting and blocking the roads causing a grave loss to the economy of the nation. But paradoxically there are few who would still like to sympathize with the unruly. May some sense prevail.! Its a political feud funded and propelled by the anti India Inc.- Congress, a conglomerate of Muslims and Mohammadanised Hindus, bent upon to undo India by seeking their lost ground that is not there.
