It still does.</span> <span style="color: #008000">There is enormous willingness on our part to toil day and night to do this.</span> <span style="color: #008000">But, being social beings and living within a larger community, we have to seek the help of one and all.</span></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"><span style="font-size: 10px"><span style="color: #008000">The organized groups (Jathebandi) have their narrow outlooks and</span></span></span></span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"><span style="font-size: 10px"><span style="color: #008000"> try to politicize every issue and in so doing, entangle even our Preachers (Parcharkas).</span></span></span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"><span style="font-size: 10px"><span style="color: #003300"> <span style="color: #008000"> On the</span></span></span></span> <span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"><span style="font-size: 10px"><span style="color: #003300"><span style="color: #008000">surface, they may show signs of cooperation, but deep within, their ultimate goal is to exploit the</span></span></span></span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"><span style="font-size: 10px"><span style="color: #003300"><span style="color: #008000"> Preachers to their advantage and convenience.</span></span><span style="color: #003300"> <span style="color: #008000">When their personal agendas are not met, they then interfere and block the progress of our Preachers.</span> <span style="color: #008000">This is a great barrier to the progress of our community and it is time to put them to trial and remove these obstructions.</span></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"><span style="font-size: 10px"><span style="color: #003300"><span style="color: #008000"> </span> </span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"><span style="font-size: 10px"> <span style="color: #003300"> <span style="color: #008000">The aim of a Preacher is to keep remain virtuous, so as to advance his service to the Community.</span></span><span style="color: #003300"><span style="color: #008000">It is generally seen and observed that entangled in such miserable and helpless situations, the Preacher succumbs to this pressure and thus compromises the pious principles of Sikhism.</span> <span style="color: #008000">They succeed in earning a livelihood for themselves and their families but end up as a mere Priest doing rituals (Pujari) and </span><span style="color: #008000">not perform the proper duties of a Preacher (Parchark).</span></span></span></span></p><p> <span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"><span style="font-size: 10px"><span style="color: #003300"></span> </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"><span style="font-size: 10px"> <span style="color: #003300"> <span style="color: #008000">Those who cross all these barriers are few and far between.</span></span> <span style="color: #003300"> <span style="color: #008000">Such Preachers, in the long run, </span><span style="color: #008000">experience a life that is futile in its aspirations to be of service to Preacher, Bhai Ram Singh Ji, has been blessed to be of service to the our community </span><span style="color: #008000">for the last 14 years.</span> <span style="color: #008000">He has served in various Singh Sabha Gurudwaras, spread out the length and breather of India.</span></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"><span style="font-size: 10px"> <span style="color:
