CHANDIGARH: Barely two weeks after an Indian-American with roots in Ambala set his family on fire and killed his pregnant daughter, an Indo-Canadian hailing from Punjab has been charged with killing his two-and-half-year-old daughter in the Vancouver suburb of Delta because he reportedly did not like having a third girl child.
