Urging the Punjab government to initiate legal action against the editor to soothe the hurt feelings of the Sikhs, they said he (Joginder Singh) must be arrested under section 295-A of the IPC.</p><p></p><p> They alleged that from day one the editor has indulged in yellow journalism.
