Chandigarh, Mar 4: Amidst sharp exchanges between the ruling, and Opposition benches during the Motion of Thanks on the Governors address, the Punjab Assembly witnessed some lighter moments when Leader of the Opposition Rajinder Kaur Bhattal made a reference to Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal describing him as a saint (Guru) in the address.
