"They cannot have two loyalties and they cannot take advantage of the women of India.</span></p><p><span style="color: blue">"The family courts in Canada, in the U.S. and elsewhere must be made aware of these problems."</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">Alas, says the law society's Prof. V.C. Govindraj, the Indian government has yet to act on the report.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">"It is sitting on the shelf collecting dust.
