some friends I meet in the Gurudwara have too the same feeling,,not everyone because not every Sikh boy wears turban and not every sikh girl avoid make-up or hairstyle...

its very common for sikhs even my classmates say to make hair style, to wear make-up and so on At first I felt bad but then my long hair ( jungle types) and not so attractive looks makes me to feel no superior ,,,and its something positive, i believe

these Ouates always confuse me like if ram was god then why he didn't accepted Sita,,,ok his praja was more important but then still i dont feel like believing that Ram was God

really nice article ,,i live in germany and to be honest I dont find the peace here in gurudwara.The 1st day I went to gurudwara nothing was similar to the gurudwaras i have visited in New york Here in germany ,mothers hardly teachs their childrens gursikhi many of my punjabi friends can't...
