ਇਹ ਮਸਲਾ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਖੜਾ ਹੈ। ਸਗੋਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੈਫਰੈਂਸ ਲਾਇਬਰੇਰੀ ਦੀਆ ਕੁੱਝ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਲਾਮੀ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੋਸਲ ਮੀਟੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਭਖਿਆ। ਪਰ ਕੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਕੌਮ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਮਸਲੇ ਬਾਰੇ? ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਚਿੰਨ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਉੱਤਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਖੋਜਣਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
