What Is Atma?

Let's explore the usage of atma, jindaliyae, jiya, etc. as recorded in Guru Granth Sahib to determine what a soul is. Then we can compare the meanings of atmah to different religions.

We have our body ie Deh.

When our sprit or Hans leaves we have our mind or mann attached to it.

That spirt lets us have a rebirth.

If Mann or mind is killed spirit dies and only Soul or Atma is left.

That is nothing but 101% Akal.

But as no one wants to die so oue mind tries to divert us in worldly afair and not let us see Atma.And that lets Mann surivive.
