The Answer Lies In The Dogs

Ok, woke up this morning grumpy, Sian was still asleep but looked grumpy, it looked like another grumpy day. looked at the clock, 6am, I woke Sian up, normally this only means one thing, I suggested we get up and walk the dogs, she beamed, really beamed, so we got up, got dressed, hurdled the boys into the Nissan, and we walked in the fields, we chased wabbits, and I played with my dogs, we then sat on the field as the sun shone and just watched them, I even got a kiss!

It was a wonderful way to start the day and has left me feeling happy and grounded, we have decided to make it a daily routine, its a good start to the day, a good connection for each other and a good connection with Creation.

There was a time when a good morning meant sex and a full fried breakfast, but I confess that this morning has left me happier than either
