Not a guru but a pooran Gursikh. I disagreed with them but the point is that they didn't hold him equal to Guru Sahib. Taksalis or AKJ who do this are wrong for sure but I know many people from Taksal who disagreed with Baba Thakur Singh. I don't know of any mistakes Bhai Sahib made or if he ever lied so AKJ opposing Bhai Sahib on no grounds make no sense. I disagree with him on some controversial issues but I have no less respect for him than other gursikhs. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: black">Rehat Maryada sets minimum requirements for Sikhi that could be agreed upon by the majority of the panth. It is not perfect and not everything can be accepted such as three banis in the morning. I have met Sikhs who used to do seva at Akal Takhat Sahib and according to them only Six Pauris of Anand Sahib used to be recited during Amrit Sanchaar. My cousin recently took Amrit there and he was told to do five banis in the morning, rehraas and sohila sahib. So the maryada is changing and requires modifications. Taksal and AKJ never rejected the entire document but certain points. I would like to see the reference of AKJ rejecting other Amrit Sanchaars and if they do that is wrong. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: black">Chrittars are not the enemy at all because I hardly think anyone reads them everyday or even once in a month. More we spread these around more we will be sending this materials into the hands of other people. Keeping rehat is also important but when there is a world power hell bent on destroying us, they won't let us sit down and resolve our matters at Akal Takhat Sahib. First we need to have Sikhi rehat and heart to accept our mistakes as well as of our past jathedars. When we only think about for the betterment of Sikhi we will unite and face our internal and external enemies.
