It may workout beneficial to you if you show your own managerial skills in being able to resolve the issue and be rewarding at a future event as reference for your results. Personally I think that if a response is justifiable then you have to look at the measure. I mean if someone took money from me without the intention of return I would obviously look for a stronger measure to influence my decision a bit like a bank dependant on the situation an scenario at hand. Let's say that I owed the bank £2.50 but I hadn't repaid the amount over a period the bank then adds a fictional charge called interest as a measure to secure the severity and penalty for enforcement of a payment which is further applied to resolve the dispute of a cost. It seems like a situation dependant on the level of permission clearance required. When you work somewhere you are owed finance. I'm not condoning it but only you can judge that situation. From my own perspective all I'm saying is that sometimes you need to give a bit of time to resolve issues you can jump the gun and think differently if you like but unless its an act of timing and consistency, an for your own piece of mind why would you ruin someone's life; unless the company is forced to go bankrupt. Peaceful existance. Nobody is perfect. Common sense though really.</p></blockquote><p></p>
