    THE Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), which conducts examination of lakhs of students in the state, is reportedly charging Rs 100 from students seeking provisional marks sheet. The result of Class XII of the PSEB was declared on June 6 but the marks sheet for the same has not been given by now. Sources said a Delhi-based company responsible for delivering the marks sheets has not completed ...
