In these questions and paraphrasing the issue is how is the universe created and how is misery eliminated?

    Let us review the following,

    Sidhas/Yogis ask:
    Guru Ji’s answers:
In this last of the questioning lines, the issue of the creation of world/universe and the elimination of misery or suffering therein is addressed.

Guru ji pointedly state that ego is the root of much that we claim to know, ask or state. In so doing the forgetting about the one creator becomes a root cause of much pain and suffering. Guru ji here re-iterate the ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ / Gurmukẖ (Gur-mukh-ai) stance to all this. In actions, in seeking understanding and in recognizing the wisdom that lies in all this. One so steadfastly looking up to the creator, contemplating upon the creator, focusing on wisdom of the creator even among such few the secrets are so discovered.

Guru ji also clearly state the futility of yogic or other regimens in this regard as the wisdom of the creator cannot be but the sole focus versus any diversions or shortcuts.

    What you think?

    Sat Sri Akal.

Haumai is when this world was evolved.

So was the world created when we became self aware?

How is the world for a 3 months old toddler?

Sadly I am afraid none of us can recall that experience.

HOW and in WHICH WAY (kit kit bidh) does the world get created and how and which way does it get all the suffering(dukh) and distress ???

ANSWER- is that HAUMAI creates all forms of dukh.
Since, the haumai is what puts the line in between US and HIM.-it is haumai that causes the ''Duality''
If there is NO Duality, then there is only him without this haumai in the maya world.

Dukh is a perception for our haumai, and Guru ji instructs us in gurbani that a gurmukh responds equally to BOTH dukh and sukh.
Therefore a gurmukh does not have the line of duality inbetween sukh and dukh either.
Accept this duality and haumai, and then we should begin to conquer and eradicate it!

When one forgets the creator Lord's name as being the ONE, then the suffering and distress is perceived.(naam visaria=forgets name, dukh paia)

The 2nd line tells us that with the Guru's shabad, haumai can be burnt(jalai)
His Mind, Body and words(tan man nirmal, nirmal bani) become pure and truthful(nirmal)

Bin nave jog kade na hovey= without the name there can be no yoga or union.

The gurmukh is the one that can realize this and dwell in the true name.
