Dear Raj Singh As I am unable to log in but keen to contribute to stop any irresponsible move on your part to make a documentary not for service to the promote the cause of Guru Nanak's great message to the humanity but for self glory and to promote self view and on top of it you are insisting that you are Mr. Know All. So you fail the basic test of humility in Guru Nanak's school. Guru Nanak Dev Ji's history is absolutely clear and confirmed in the Gurbani so you need to just read and understand all Gurbani of Mohalla 1 and Bhai Gurdas. Guru nanak dev ji's mission was clear " to Connect the People of Universe" and His message give following message to all humans irrespective of their belief system from the day one to the end the Banis he recited and collected in Pothis in various part of his lifetime were finally collected by Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji and Bhai Gurdas in his wars has given the great insight of Guru Nanak Devji's Message and his birth and life.Which clearly indicate that Guru Nanak was a Messiah Har Roop. " Guru Nanak Nanak Har aap" So Dear Raj first shun of the ego of self glory and Mr. Know all attitude with this kind og un humble thaughts your all actions will offend lo of people which i believe in total sinceriety you do not wish as you start your letter with this message apologetically. so Guru nanak Dev Ji's Message: A. Ik Onkar _ this happened much before his first odyssy. The message was loud and clear in the Japji Sahib which was recited when he was just 30 and before he undertook 4 udasis to spread his message : A "Saban Jian Ka Ik Data So Main Visar Na Jaeen , Guran Ik Dey Bujai." B "Apne Guru Ka sun updesh" - the faith within. This has come in various shabads the reference is to the faith with in you - so your critisism that Yogi ji preached Americans what they wanted to listen is wrong Yogi ji truly used the toos of language and metaphors Guru Nanak Dev ji used to collect the people of all the religious order and make them listen explore and believe. C. "Chare Ved Hoye sachiyar"- Guru Nanak did not criticise but connected peole by His message, he called spade a spade and guided them to the ultimate truth. D. Naam Japo, Kirit Karo, Wand Chako C. Na Koi Hindu Na Musalman You religion does not decide whether you are good or bad person you deeds does. These are old saying but were forgotten in the ego of relious institutions egoistic ways of hatered for others as it is happeneing to day again the message need to be re read in Guru Nanak's ways. Guru Nanak did not convert people He connected people that is all Sikhism about and I really get troubled with the Idea of institutionalisation with egoistic behaviour. regards HP Luthra
