That is how the nectar is distilled. ||1||</p><p></p><p>ਬਾਬਾ ਮਨੁ ਮਤਵਾਰੋ ਨਾਮ ਰਸੁ ਪੀਵੈ ਸਹਜ ਰੰਗ ਰਚਿ ਰਹਿਆ ॥</p><p></p><p>O elder; drinking the intoxicating sublime taste of God’s name attains peace.</p><p></p><p>ਅਹਿਨਿਸਿ ਬਨੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਗੀ ਸਬਦੁ ਅਨਾਹਦ ਗਹਿਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥</p><p></p><p>The mind attuned with love all the time plays the divine music. </p><p></p><p></p><p>Baba Nanak went to see king Bharthary . he used to distill liquor and drink and then meditate.
