Day 3

The dreams are back, mostly nightmares, I think I counted 9 or 10 dreams last night, although there were probably more I do not remember, my mum and dad figured prominently, when I woke up, Sian was looking at me, 'you were sobbing' she said 'I held you', and then Dan started crying in his sleep too, so I held both of you, I looked at Dan and wondered what he was sobbing about, I know sometimes he gets very sad and nuzzles a favourite blanket, we think its a reference to his mother, he nuzzles it and cries,

I am tired today, I feel like I have been awake all night, I have muscle aches and pains, but I am awake, wide awake
