Can someone teach me music, i have books of music but i don' t understand what they say ?
i am playing music on my computer , i want to learn how to make music on a computer
i use Making Waves and fruityloops
i have great ideas like making zoogloo music with merengue and hip hop or mixing zoogloo with jewish music or hindi music and rapping on it
can you help me ?

Can you read notes? If not, learning all the keys on the piano first could help you. Do you have a piano?

How to read notes ? I don' t know
i distinguish sounds by colors when hearing them ...

Interesting. Do you have synthensia?
As long as you can distinguish the sounds somehow you don’t need a piano.
You just need to connect sounds/colors to notes now. It will take some practice

I have Synthesia but the notation don' t seem to be Do re mi sol la si do for me

Yeah. If little kid lessons count.
Teaching Little Fingers to Play is a cheap book, it’s easy to understand, and it breaks down the concepts so that learning notes is easier to learn. I would recommend it if you don’t mind a little kid book.
