Koran burnt in Gainesville, Florida
Churchman goes ahead with destruction of holy book
Pastor Terry Jones says he wants Iranian Christian freed
Reports are emerging from Gainesville, Florida that pastor Terry Jones has burned more copies of the Koran.
It has been reported that Jones carried out the burning while also destroying a depiction of the prophet Mohammed.
The Gainesville Sun reported the Pentagon had asked Jones to desist from his controversial Koran burnings, in order to protect American soldiers in Afghanistan and other Islamist areas.

The burning of the Koran on Saturday coincided with demands from Jones for Iran to release Christian pastor Youcef Nadarkhani from prison.

Nadarkhani faces execution in Iran.
About 20 people attended Saturday's burning.
US Koran burnings have already incited violence in northern Afghanistan.
Incidents include the deaths of two US military personnel who were shot by a man wearing an Afghan border police uniform.

We have to understand what causes such to commit these acts. Well, the extremists do not do islam any favours. They gsend out the message that they live and act by the koran in the sense of killing infidels, suicide bombings ...etc...etc...
