You cannot find God by taking cold baths or taking bath on a specific hour or at a specific place. Guru Ji is rejecting all these superstitions. To become pure we need to immerse in the Inner Ambrosial Pool of the Divine Name (<em>Amrit-Naam</em>). We need to focus our consciousness on the Pure Self (Divine Essence, <em>Shabad</em> or <em>Naam</em>, <em>Satguru</em>, God, Unconditioned Consciousness) within.</span></strong></p></blockquote><p></p>
