This same group was responsible for the anti-Muslim riots of Gujarat in 2002. It needs to be noted that every year, Shiv Sena (Hindustan) celebrates the anniversary of June 1984 attack on Sri Darbar Sahib and Akal Takht Sahib, as Vijay-Divas (Victroy Day) at their Patiala headquarters.
