It is wrong to think that Muslims have a casteless society. There are endless divisions among muslims. No society in this world can have a totally uniform society. Humans get divided and segregated into various groups because of the way they think eat and behave. Now, to think of Muslims learning from their past mistakes !! Its JUST NOT POSSIBLE. The way Muslims behave with other human beings is because of the basic tenets that form important part of Quran. Because Quran cannot be changed Muslim thought process cannot be changed. You cannot Reform Islam. Its not possible. They live in their own Shell which is made by muslim mythology out of quran and other muslim books. Muslims find justifications for all their acts (which are not considered civilized by modern society) from the life of prophet Mohaamad. They have enough stories concerning the life of Mohammad which makes them live a life full of hatred for other human being. You just cannot reform Islam. It could not be reformed by so many Muslim saints in the last thousand of years. The problem with religions of this world is that we base our life more on the STORIES of the time of our prophets. STORIES are NEVER TRUE. History is always far from TRUTH. "Its just collection of FACTS people DECIDE to be true." If Muslims forget all the stories attached to their faith and in relation to Mohammad the'll start living a more peacefull life with their fellow human beings. Their past makes their present violent. Their mind is so much full of poison its become impossible for them to find the same light of Allah kindling in other human beings.
