He was a great example of someone who had scored victory over the five stalwarts.</span></span></strong></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: black"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">I would not lump SGNNS with the <em>deras</em>. At SGNNS I know of individuals who share responsibilities just as they would do in any mainstream Gurdwara. From what I know and see, Bhai Mohinder Singh ji does not interfere in their work in any way. He personally devotes a lot of time and personal money sharing in the ‘<em>dukh sukh’</em> of the members of the congregation. He puts in a lot of time in their hour of need, e.g. sudden tragedy – I have personal experience of this. Both Bhai Sahib and his wife are very down to earth individuals and extremely easy to talk to and exhibit no airs of ‘holier than thou attitude’. They are both well educated and make their living doing <em>kirat</em> like anyone else – so it is unfair to compare them with <em>sants </em>and <em>babas</em> who live on public funds. I know Bhai Mohinder Singh ji has attracted a lot of criticism from individuals based in Leeds for some reason – I had wanted to follow that and if I do I will share my views on this site.</span></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: black"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">The ‘organisation’, if I may call it for the use of a better word, is growing at a very fast pace, in terms of numbers, finance and landscape.
