Idols were also placed in Darbar Sahib depectnig Hindu Demigods standing at service of Akal.Or some say that they were placed to protect them from Muslims inavders.Many theories and some conflicting. But treating Guru Granth Sahib Ji as idol and worship of itis not as per Gurmat.Further ,if Hindu keeps that,with idols,it means that Hindu is showing disrespects to idols also.Can you imgine to keep Holy Kuranm,which tells to break idol with Idols. Guru Granth Sahib Ji calls Hindus Blind and dumb as they folow idol and are uprooted from roots(Vedas). Even then Hindus keep Guru Granth Sahib Ji with idols insulting the both.Main reason is to attract Sikhs to temple or let Hindus does not go to Gurudwara and let Charhwa or offering comes to them. If we do not go by a book and do opposite,is not that the insult to book? anyway one more thing over here is that,Sikhs should have peacefully removed the copies and not broken the idols.In Area das lived,Hindus used to leave the old and new idols and pictures of Mata Rani etc. in Gurudwaras.Das use to hand them over to local Pandit of Hindu Temple.So as we are aware that due to to much of idols,Gurudwara Singh Sabha ,Sitaram Bajar is more a temple. For Sikhs,such things are hurting.Sanatan Sikhs can use consolations but hardcore one become offensive. Das has herad Sikhs taling about and warning about this Ek Niwas since last years or so.It appears that it was bottled up.what happened has not happened for good. on tapoban.org also,which is hot bed of hotblooded,this was condenmed.
