This is not first time wherein such situation occurred for the Sikh Community as well for Jatehdar Akal Takht, as earlier in 1980 Jathedar Akal Takht Amritsar Gurdial Singh Ajnoha was summoned in the court but he didn’t appeared in the court of law keeping in view the respect of highest Sikh temporal seat, and at last complainant himself had withdrawn his complaint and case was dismissed............. THIS CASE WAS PRESIDED OVER BY A sikh judge...THE COMPLAINNAT WAS A sikh AS WELL. when the Defense lawyer tried to tell the Judge to dismiss the case as his client beingh head of hiherst temporal body of Sikhs would be humilaited by attending..the Judge asked WHY commit a crime then ?? In nay case the Complainant is also a SIKH..why not talk to him instead and satisfy him and then he may withdraw the case...That man was a Congress Sikh and he was duly persuaded to withdraw his complaint as it would harm sikh interests..and he agreed. Present case..the Judge is Hindu..the complaint is by dera sauda...no chance of any such withdrawls......so ???
