Quote:
ESSENCE: In the salok, Guru ji state that those who recognize the true one, will know it to be the eternal creator. Company of such people saves one from ills and so sing the virtues of the creator .

Guru Arjan Dev ji in Astpadi 18, 1st sabad the relationship between the learner (Sikh) and the creator. The creator protects the learner and is so benevolent, the bad mindset is cleansed and one focuses on true utterances of the creator, the shackles are cut for a learner and one dis-associates from worthless pursuits, the learner of the creator is so fortunate and receives the wealth of understanding.

Guru ji conclude that the creator improves the here and future as well as keep closeness with the learner (Sikh).
Please note all errors are mine and I stand corrected.

Sat Sri Akal.
