Gyani Js jachak declared today that the story connected with the alleged completion of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Bir in its present form ar Takhat damdama sahib is a Fake.

According to this story when Guru Gobind Singh Ji reached here after the Battles of Anandpur and Chamkaur sahib....in 1706..Guru Ji sent for the KARTARPURI BIR form DHIRMALL grand son of Prithi Chand elder brother of Guru Arjun Ji who had got posession of the POTHI SAHIB (Kartarpuri Bir) after Guru Arjun ji was martyred. Dhirmal allegedly replied..IF Guru Gobind Singh ji is Genuine GURU of the Gurgadee of nanak Sahib, then why can't He write jhis own POTHI SAHIB just as our Grandfatehr Guru Arjun Ji did. Due to this Guru Gobind Singh Ji then dictated a New Bir of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji to Bhai Mani Singh Ji and this Bior incorporated the Bani of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji which is NOT in the Kartarpuri Bir completed by Guru Arjun ji Sahib.

This story is Fake because there are many Handwritten Birs dated form the years 1667-1678-1680 thereabouts which are COMPLETE with the Banis of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji sahib. These were copies prepared at DAMDAMA SAHIB near Paonta Sahib in Ananadpur Sahib. The Fake story has been concoted due to the simialrity of the name DAMDAMA.

Secondly DHIRMALL was arrested in 1676 and KILLED in the prison in 1677. So he couldnt have been the one refusing to hand over the Kartarpuri Bir to Guru Gobind Singh ji...26 years AFTER he was DEAD.

THIS is one major reason why the Kar sewa babas have been actively seeking out and destroying any Handwritten Birs they find...one is to obliterate HISTORICAL EVIDENCE of when and what was written..and second is to weed out Birs that show that Raagmala was added LATER and is NOT GURBANI. Hence only those Birs that DO NOT HAVE RAAGMAALA are quickly destroyed in the name of satikaar cremation fo old birs...

Kanwaljit ji..highly possible. Guru Teg bahadur Ji would have copies of the Bir and added His Gurbani Himslef...not far fetched at all..as GGS was only a child then...the FACT is the BIRS were in existence back then..in abundance...and the PANJ who came in 1699 KNEW the Banis by heart..or the Pahul couldnt have been prepared later...so it was the SEEDS that GURU NANAK JI planted..in His UDASIS...Guru TEG BAHADUR JI REVISTED ALL THOSE far off places...and then Guru Gobind Singh made the Call in 1699..the People were READY..it wasnt a SPUR of the MOMENT decision..a properly planned HUKM of Akal Purakh..Parmatam ki MAUJ !!
