| | | | | | | Purifying Karma How do you purify karma in Sikhism?
As a Buddhist, we offer prostrations, do visulizations, and recite mantra.

Sherab

Throughout the entirety of Siri Guru Granth Sahib, and from the inception of Sikhism with Nanaak, deliverance from the cycle of life and death is granted by the grace of the True Guru to those who surrender to him in simran, prayer, and detachment from ego and maya.
One expression that is often used is "your papers will be torn up" and then "you will be in the God's darshan (court)".
You have spoken of 'purifying karma' and so these lines from Japj(u)j - 20th Pauri BrIAY miq pwpw kY sMig ]

There are many other verses that would apply to your question. If you are interested in a discussion where Buddhist views and Sikh views are contrasted, why not have this thread moved to Interfaith Dialogs? Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=15198
