    Short-hair Ban On Gurudwara Marriages

What if someone wasn't a Sikh and his hair was short, and then he decided that he would become a Sikh, and he took the vow of 5 Ks (but his hair was still short), and he decides to get married. His hair would be short even though he vowed from that point on he wouldn't cut it, wouldn't it be...

Hey I'm new, I'm from Canada and I've only known a few Sikhs in my life, one of them was a pretty cool guy and funny too. Anyway I'm just here to learn what I can about Sikhism. Maybe impress my friend lol.

    Yes Kesh, Why Tied?

I knew that Sikh's can't cut their hair if they are following the 5 Ks. However I didn't know that they had to tie their hair in a specific manner.

    Trouble - Becoming A Sikh

    After Death In Sikhism

Yea, I'm not a muslim, I don't like some of the things it teaches. Like cutting off hands of thieves, the way Mohammed treated Jewish tribes in Medina, how early Islam spread, being able to marry 4 wives, having to pray in Arabic, having to go to Mecca once in a lifetime, etc. Well I'm hoping...

    After Death In Sikhism

I wasn't saying Muslim or Christian's interpretation of heaven was correct. I was just giving an example, of what I wanted to know, so a Sikh could explain what Sikhs believe happens after death. Oh and what does Das mean? Does it mean "I" or "me" or is it a first name?

    After Death In Sikhism

Hey I'm new to this forum, I'm not a Sikh, and I'm just trying to learn more about Sikhism. (out of curiousity) I'm curious about what Sikhs believe happens after death. Muslims and Christians believe in 2 destinations (heaven/hell) 1. What happens when a Sikh who follows the 5 Ks dies? 2...
