HI I'm new here and I came here to learn and write punjabi. So can anybody tell me where I have to go to do that.

There are various online Gurmukhi lesson sites. Once you are familiar with Gurmukhi, I recommend that you recite for e.g. Japji Sahib whilst listening to an audio recording.
