Thanks for explaining it. Can you explain little bit of simran? I think with Japji Sahib U can go to great heights of SIMRAN schedule!!!and definitely I am confident that there might be some very accurate daily schedule for meditations!!!!!
What I feel is Waheguru Ji dee yadd hi simran hai. To remember waheguru at every little fraction of time is simran.

Waheguru dee yaad nahi, usdi divanghi da janoon simran hai. I will definately come to simran. But first let us understand the comprehensive definition of the Akal Purakh, so that we should know jis dee yaad da simran karna hai oh kitna vaddha malik hai. My search for beej Mantra,mool mantra and what next two lines in japuji sahib i.e" ਆਦਿ ਸਚੁ।ਜੁਗਾਦਿ ਸਚੁ।ਹੈਭੀ ਸਚੁ।ਨਾਨਕ ਹੋਸੀ ਭੀ ਸਚੁ। "are called landed me to this thread on this site on which i am newly registerd now.Regarading your answers about ਸਾਹਿਬ ਮੇਰਾ ਨੀਤ ਨਵਾ has greatly impressed me..we are lucky that guru has given me darshan of such learned gurmukhs may be on internet.This interaction i wish should continue.
For the present can you satisfy my query what above quoted lines are designated as such as a pauri,shloka or mool beej mantra etc.Pl do not mind spellings of line as i have put these from memory without verifying lagan matra.

G.S.Guglani | Guru Nanak has elaborated the concept and description of God in this sloka (prologue). One thing to remember in the Sloka is that Almighty has not been addressed with any descriptive name like Ram, Allah, Gosain, and Gobind but with TRUTH. Sahni Mohinder |
