I got following message in my Inbox from a fellow SPN member. I am posting it here, so that others can also benefit from the answers from learned members here. Please reply.

would you know if Bandginama from S Raghbir Sing "Bir" is a reference book for Sikh followers. I downloaded that because I wanted to know more about Simran. It seems to be an extended presentation of Sikhism and sikh meditation. It seems to me similar to Sufism for islam but in Sikhism. Am I right? I hope i am clear in my question.

Thanks and Regards, Arvind.

Well I Dont think so !

Anyway This Book I have read And as I understood

It is just the kind spirtual auto biography of a Sikh and as uaual he has shared hi s experience About meditation with the guidance of Shabad Guru Gurur Granth Sahib
And Indeed A good Read

Anyway the book wzas writen in Punjabi ans later translated into English an published after the death ( not sure!) of Ragubir Singh

Imp: In the preface writer mentions that he has written the book contrary to the thinking of some groups( AKJ) that Spirtual experience should not be shared !

I know these posts were started some time ago.
Strangely, I noticed it was the same name of the book I started reading today.

It has been such a good read for me that I'm up late now because of it, I'm more than half way-110 pages!
