I remained silent for 7 years on this issue as I couldn't gain anything by revealing this truth. None of these committees are panthak but they fight Court cases either under compulsion or for name, fane and funds.
I was a petitioner in Sikkim High Court to save Gurudwara Gur Daang maar which was under threat of being taken over by Sikkim Govt and forced conversion to a Buddhist Monastery.
I went to Supreme Court hearing it on Facebook in August 2017 along with a young enthusiastic, talented advocate Amritpal Singh Kahlsa from Mumbai. Both we filed an application against removal of Guru Granth Sahib ji from Gurudwara Guru Daang Maar by Buddhist with consent of State govt. We got the stay which is still being applied and issued.
We were issued directions to join this case before 13th Sep 2017. We followed the instruction, went there and submitted our petitions. Somehow my co-applicant was made a party the very first day but I wasn't.
I was a novice and had no knowledge of Court proceedings, I couldn't come to know about its reason. I came to know after six months, by that time I had find a lawyer Baljinder Singh Loomba from Chandigarh High Court of Punjab and Haryana. He filed for amendment.
The date was fixed on 5th June 2018.
One day before court appearance we got a mail from our reliable source that Committees with demand for adjournment, I ignored as it was their right.
But in the evening I was given a call and asked to meet representatives of these committees in hotel. I refused but on their insistence, I agreed to meet them at Gurudwara gangtok, Sikkim.
We met in the evening in which Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Jagjeet Singh Kahlon were also present.
I was forced by all of them to either work for them or be ready to face their oppose.
They showed me a file also which was already prepared by them to submit in Court to oppose my amendment application and obstruct to make me a party in this case.
I refused to work for them.
Next day they submitted their objection in writing. Please see the para at Page 07 in the application where they objected on demand of judicial Inquiry against culprits of Sikkim Govt, responsible for sacrilege of Guru Granth sahib ji. The saroop of Guru Granth Sahib ji was removed by them at Gurudwara Guru Daang Maar and brought 90 kms down at Gurudwara Chungthang and left unattended at a road side. On giving threat to me and blackmailing I had filed a complaint in Court but the judge never considered it.
So my request is before Sikh sangat, please do not keep false hopes on your tainted Sikh leaders and the corrupt Gurudwara Committees. They will never stand to support you until they don't see their own benefit in it.
Col. Dalwinder Singh Grewal is also a co-accused as he was hired by SGPC to provide historical information on history in this case.
This may appear you any infight but no, case is over, I was forced to waste donated money on every appearance, whereas they had Gurudwara treasury to use. For five years, I couldn't be made a party in this case despite having copy of order of Supreme Court in hand.
I could only be made a party in this case when I complained to Chief Justice of India who intervened and I was made a party in no time but I was never heard in this Court who delivered justice just on maintainability, which took 5 years to prove in court by Committees, without considering my all the three Intervention applications submitted after declaring me a party.
I stated my agony and injustice in Sikkim High Court.
Not I have written a book challenging Sikkim to prove if Master Padmasambhava ever visited in Sikkim.
The Advocate General of India has already submitted in court on not having any historical evidence to prove his visit.
The copies of books already sent to Dalai Lama and head of Department History in Sikkim University.
Let us see if we get any review.
