What is jyot as per gurbani?

Jyot [ਜੋਤਿ] in Gurbani is light, eternal light, divine light. In the context used above [ਮਨ ਤੂੰ ਜੋਤਿ ਸਰੂਪੁ ਹੈ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂਲੁ ਪਛਾਣੁ], Guru Amardas Ji is telling the mind [manmukh] that he/she is part/particle of the divine light and that he/she ought to recognise the source [ਮੂਲੁ, roots, meaning, God] and make amends. And since the relationship is not mutually exclusive but organic, spiritual conflation is inevitable. Hurry therefore O'Sikh and become a Gurmukh and return to your roots.

Good night !

Absolute Stillness, which is real and in existence but remains unfathomable to projection, as its an ultimate resourceful circumference! Imagination...
