I wish to ask all members if anyone knows the real lines or Video link of Varun Gandhi's speech , in which he spread hatred regarding Sikhs ? I tried to search for it but exactly that portion has not come to my view .

I have been following this discussion on Gurmat Learning Zone but cannot see any evidence of the original speech. If you google his name you might find an Indian newspaper that has the speech or parts of it. But I haven't tried. Good luck and let us know.
