Chandigarh, June 21: Pandemonium prevailed in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha today when opposition Congress members disrupted the House proceedings by banging of steel plates with spoons, forcing Speaker Nirmal Singh Kahlon to adjourn the House for an hour.
