A Sikh organisation has filed a USD 110 million lawsuit against Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), a reporter and Liberal MP Ujjal Dosanjh, alleging that a documentary examining the issue of Sikh extremism has damaged the community’s reputation.
