I have recently expanded and need someone to help with my work. I use an Access Database that keeps track of phone calls and comments to clients. I am going to have someone help me twice a week but they live in a different state and will never physically be here. We both have high speed internet. Yesterday I enquired about a VPN but I donâ€™t have a static IP, I donâ€™t want to use remote desktop because if I do that I think they will lock up my computer when they are on. So, I am thinking about replication and synchronization. How would I sync from another state? Zip the program and email it? Can you set up a link? What is the best way to do this? This will be a long term solution because I expect to continue to expand; funds are limited at this time so buying stuff is not an option.
