Hi,
Today I had a beatiful experience I'd like to share.
Three months ago I had a ceremony at the Barcelona gurudwara in which I got my new name:Simranjit Kaur. I diddid tell my students, so, they kept on calling me Ester.
Today I decided to ask them to call me Sim. They were asking me lots of questions about Sikhi and wrote my name on a piece of paper for me to have it on my table. I loved it :)

Simranjit ji,

Congratulations!

This is the best gift one can ever get from the students, that is, the respect and love for their teacher, which means they are open to learning rather than doodling at the back.
