Hello,
I would like to know to deal with things such as jealously, ego, showing-off, greed etc. which are extremely common in our sikh faith and punjabi culture now unfortunately.
I am not a particular jealous person nor do I ever put people on pedestal whether that is rich person, doctor, pretty women etc. no one. I try keep everyone at same level but showing off is so common and I try to live modest lifestyle in this modern and extreme society.
Nowadays competition is fierce for everything whether it's high grades, getting job or matchmaking and social media lets us see 24/7 into these peoples' fake lives.
In my parent's time, people were close and love was true, nowadays everyone showing off and everything fake even the love for each other, just use and abuse culture.
How to deal with these issues in our culture?
