I agree that no hukamnama or any other writings exist to confirm that Guru Gobind Singh had any iota of hate of Muslims. In fact the first true follower of Guru Gobind Singh was Peer Buddhu Shah who traveled all the way from Punjab to Patna to pay obeisance to the Guru and remained his devoted follower ever since and sacrificed his near and dear ones in the battle of Bhangani. There is a long list of Muslim followers of Guru Gobind Singh including Nihang Singh mentioned by Dilgeer ji.
