LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Greenko Group Plc. said it has agreed to buy two plants in India, a 24MW hydro plant at Paudital-Lassa in Himachal Pradesh, and a 31 MW biomass plant at Sunam in Punjab, through special purpose vehicles, which will be 100 percent owned by the company.
