Development and Decay

Development and decay are the two sides of the same coins: Development is the result of decay, and decay is the result of development. It is just a change of forms, shapes, and direction. We know that the entire universe is made of energy, which is continuously changing, changing forms, sometimes speedily, sometimes slowly. No form retains a permanent nature; it has to change. Every form first develops and then decays. It is just the change of energies which first develop and then disintegrates. A simple visible object is ice. When you see the ice melt, it is changing into water. Water is developing while ice is melting or disintegrating. Again, when water is boiled, it becomes gas. Here the water is disintegrating and the gas is developing. Similarly, a human being is developing from fetus to birth, birth to childhood, and childhood to young age; but once it reaches manhood, it starts decaying into old age and ultimately disintegrates to form earth or gas. In the modern age of science, the atoms first assemble and then disintegrate gradually. They form to raise forms; they disintegrate to change into other forms. Since atoms are naturally charged particles, hence all atoms are always alive; no atom dies, so there is nothing that is made of atoms that dies. Everything changes shapes only. Life is in continuity only; the shapes and forms are all bodily changes.
The concept of death is thus against the law of change. The law of change is the law of nature: all scientific laws are subservient to the law of nature; they cannot go against the natural laws. The concept of death being against the law of nature does not stand to truth; it is at the most, a terminology carried for an abrupt change. The change is slow or abrupt as per the force behind it. Similarly, the force behind the change causes the direction of change as well. This force behind the change is generally known as spirit. Every smallest part of the universe has the spirit behind it, as we say this in common parlance. This spirit directs: the direction and the force are directed by the spirit, also called "atma." This is the part of one unison whole. The entire universe moves as per the direction and the force as guided by the souls in them, which unite to form the One universal soul. Hence every action or change moves as per the direction and force into a form as directed by the central force. Some call it the great soul, the parmatma. The entire souls are parts of this great soul. This great soul is also called the Creator, Developer and the Assimilator, as it creates all souls and the forms, develops them and then assimilation these back into Himself.
