In west we often see that hsipanics,Africans,Asians etc. are always intended to be in govenrmet serivce due to their being Ethinic minorties and let them to repssented in government.

so people like that.

but in India we ahve a problem.Dr Ambedkar was one who wanted to unite Indians in equalty and was not the first.This thing was sarted since the time of Lord Rama for his realtion to Nishada and Sabri.As per Dasham Granth,we killed Sambuka as he was lower by his deeds of doing a sort of Tapsaya(a sort of mediatation0,which killed the son of Brahmin ie leraned.

So Dr ambedkar wanted to let there be no divsion based upon birth so abolishing caste system.And we oppsed reservation calling it a cluth,which will let Vanchit or deprived be lame or deprived for ever,

Dr Ambekar Wanted to be Sikh but due to jattism and punajbism,some idiot reactioanries having control on Sikh instituions(likie present day sgpc) did not let him be conveted as they said that 8 crores lower caste will be majority and will overcome jatt majority,and Dr ambedkar was leanred and was more then a match for them.

Alas as at that time,Sikhs werre under wrong people control as in today.And still toady we have caste based reservation in sgpc also.

So in order to end racialism in Hindus,Sikhs,Muslims or Chrisitan in India

what should be better.

Let the caste be abolish and reservation issue end autiomatically?

Or let reservation stay and caste conflict stay to divide us?

i beleive that reservation should be done on economic bases.dr ambedkar
wanted to give reservation to sc sts for some time but it become political
tool.the condition of scs and sts doesn't improve in last 60 years.reservation proved to be a failure.btw vijaydeep singh ji are you from obc family or upper caste family.

Das is Sikh so No caste,

Butfamly of Das's father side is OBC but as father has been Officer In Indian Army, das could be counted in creamy layer.

In Bihar,we could have dogde such thing.But das got Govt Job under genral catogory and never ever mentioned Caste.

Anyway,in Paramiliatray and militray as we live like Brothers,if we use any Caste basedor racial remark,WE can be court martailed or fired from job.

i dont really agree with the point as its like using the surname up to some extent. One day my hisdu friend was sharing a joke, he goes banana in monkey hands is same like dusheri mango in brahmins as he was pointing on god chandra killing upper caste king.

In Hindu Bretherns also,we have use Jati Vachak term like Sharma to all Brahmins or gotra like Bargav etc. but often non Brahmins like carpenters may use term Sharma or say Bhadwaj,Das finds its sankritisation.But can let to good lot of complexities.

today i was watching a news on tv that that 1600 brahmins have applied for the job of
sweeper in lucknow.the leader of the sweeper association a schedule caste was saying that upper caste can't do this job we are doing this for centuries it is our job.so he want to reserve the jobs of sweepers to schedule caste.

To let castism reamain,sometime non upper castes are more culprits,say Chamar/Jatav/leather extractor from dead animal, will behold Bhangi/Churha/Valmiki/sweeper lower to him/her but demands eqaulity from upper castes.Hypocrasy.

Das is aware that in sgpc also there is still reservation,this is utter anti Sikh thing.
