Sunny Leone has come of age---finally !!....I mean , as a star....
Bodily she had come of age a long time ago ( he he )...and how !!

But now she gets to showcase all her delicious curves and her alluring charms as a heroine in a film that comes in the decent-to-good category , unlike ' Jism 2 ' and ' Jackpot ' which failed and the better made ' Shootout at wadala ' where she just had an item song .

And Sunny does what she does best---all the oohs and aahs in bed are done with the mastery of practice , and the wild embraces and the passionate scenes are enacted with the consummate ease of a professional.....

But Ragini MMS 2 is more than just soft porn---it's a combination of horror and sex and comedy that is nothing more than frivolous but does it's job of delivering entertainment neatly .

And you get regular doses of all---the ghost gives us the jolts and the chills every now and then , Sunny delivers on the sex part , but the surprise package is the acting of Parvin Dabas , Karan Taluja and Sandhya Mridul ( I hope I have got the names of the actors right ) who keep us in splits with their funny one liners....

Yeah , Parvin Dabas plays the role of Rocks who decides to make a film on what happened in the film Ragini MMS part 1 by taking Sunny Leone ( playing herself ) as heroine . And he is convinced by the writer of the film ( played by Saahil Prem ) to film it in the same haunted house where the earlier drama happened .

This Saahil Prem plays the role of hero but it is Parvin Dabas who entertains more....
....For Parvin is loud , leery and over the top . He openly makes sexual advances towards Sunny without any encumbrances---and that is exactly what we want . For Sunny Leone is no demure sati savitri is she....
Above all Parvin's acting is comedy and keeps us laughing .

Ditto for Karan Taluja and Sandhya Mridul . Karan Taluja is funny as hell , a sex predator without inhibitions , and his one liners are a treat to listen to . Watch the scene where he amorously rushes into a lake wanting to have sex with Sunny ( Leone not Deol ) and saying in Dharmendra's voice ' Sunny , come to papa....'' !

Sandhya has her eye on Rocks whom she wants to take to the casting couch to further her career and speaks perfect broken english---perfect to make us laugh though it is broken....
But she gets something even better than to bed the loudmouth Rocks ( Parvin Dabas ).....She gets to kiss Sunny Leone in person---the first female to female kiss in hindi cinema ( hoping to see more in the years to come )....

In contrast to Karan Taluja and Parvin Dabas who make no bones about their desire to bed Sunny Leone ( Karan even brings out a pack of Manforce condoms made by Mankind company , presumably advertising for them ) , the hero played by Saahil Prem walks with a sadela thobda throughout the film . His acting---I didn't like it . Looks like hypocrite by pretending to not like Sunny at the beginning---must be out of his mind to not like her....

And as the shooting of the film starts , the ghost slowly starts to make its appearance felt among all these all these people---and it makes it's presence clearly felt by killing them one by one . But the audience was giggling sneering and sniggering at the horror scenes for the film is more funny and sexy than fearsome....

Music ( these are only three songs ) is good enough though not great .
The film itself can by no stretch of imagination be called great . Nor is Sunny Leone ever going to crave a niche for herself as a great actress . But both the film and Sunny give us what we want---some entertainment ,some titillation .

Verdict---Good entertainment .

Wow Sunny Leone as a former Sikh who originally from Canada turned into a ***star at an early age. She has no right to call herself Sikh and this movie has a music video of her dancing in half naked clothes with actors in dastaars?!? Really Bollywood? Our own Sikh youth in India are being influenced by Bollywood.

Sunny Leone said:
You walk into a temple and you’re greeted with the utmost respect. You’re completely equal to your peers. Everyone helps everybody. You do community work; you help your neighbor. But, just like any religion it doesn’t want you to shoot adult material. I mean, I grew up going to temple every Sunday.

Going to the temple every Sunday?. Oh Gurdwaras..... :mundafacepalm: :mundafacepalm: :mundafacepalm: :mundafacepalm: :mundafacepalm:

since when did you obtain the authority to judge who has the right to call themselves a Sikh?

I would prefer the truth about someone no matter how bad, then show respect to a liar, many people who walk around in the fullest of banas do much much worse, it is not up to us to judge anyone, I for one admire her honesty, ok, so she dances half naked, why is that worse than the many fake babas and their many concubines who command much respect? is it one rule for fake lying babas and one rule for honest half naked dancers?

Let's not get carried away. Guru Nanak wouldn't approve of anyone being a porn star. Being a Sikh isn't a birth right. You are a Sikh when you walk the path.

I wonder why Sunny Leone was plucked from obscurity and pushed into the limelight. She doesn't seem to know anything about Indian culture, nor does she speak the language very well. Somehow, she has become a Bollywood star.

Could it be that she was picked because she is from a Sikh family and grew up in Canada? I've seen the same thing done with Pakistani "actresses" that come to Bollywood and become raunchy item girls.

Is she the only Indian adult actress in the world, or the only "Sikh" one?

I see, would he approve of anyone being a drunk? or a female child killer? or a fraudster? yet all these things go on in our community without any problem, is it because men can do what they want, but females have to toe the line?

A Sikh is someone who is learning and growing and wishes to become a better person by living by the truth, to my knowledge her porn days are over and she has crossed into mainstream, good for her.

You are a Sikh when you walk the path.

do you walk the path? is there nothing that you do that is against the path? or is it because no one knows other than you which makes it ok? Out of the many thoughts you have in your day, are they all pure?

Go to any standard Sikh wedding and you see many many Sikh turbanned males making complete asses of themselves, I do not see any outcry over this, I do not see anyone question their Sikhi, I am not condoning or applauding Ms Leone, however the male double standard in Sikhism continues to amaze me....

Nobody said it is okay to be a fraudster, child killer, or drunk. Men cannot do whatever they want. Neither can females.

She gave up porn because she is making more money in Bollywood. The only thing that grew is her bank account.

I didn't say I was perfect. Nobody is. We all have thoughts, but that doesn't mean we act on them.

Nobody is applauding people who make asses of themselves in weddings.

There is no double standard here. Yo Yo Honey Singh has received more criticism than Sunny Leone. He is another "Sikh" who has been elevated by Bollywood for his promotion of sex and drugs.

Would you want your daughter to be a porn star? We are all Guru Gobind Singh's sons and daughters. What would he think of all this?

Today you see ranjit singh dhadrianwale do a speech nowadays how sikh weddings are full of shame to our community in his Parchars. There is a lot of issues within our Panth from babas to gurdwara teachings to complex issues.... But I'm stressing here is that she has no right to call herself Sikh we are students of guru jis path and GGS as she mentioned going to gurdwara every weekend but than Lost her virginity at age 15 you see she has rejected guru jis teachings and is a manmukh just wanting fame. I have every right to say she should just not affiliate being a Sikh as she has not only rejected guru jis teachings but be in Bollywood and in a music video with bunch of fake sardars dancing and our sikh youth in India are being seduced by all of this while our own religious bodies do nothing. Gurdwaras need a change surely. Harry ji the first page of Akal takht meryada says believe in the Guru Granth Sahib etc.....she clearly does not care or seek to follow the truth as the one who want to get fame over following Truth

Is this the same chap I see on youtube on the phone whilst a queue of people touch his feet?

But I'm stressing here is that she has no right to call herself Sikh

I know nothing about the woman, however, I know what it feels like to be told that one has no right to be called a Sikh, I want to know what gives you that right?

sorry I fail to see what this has to do with anything, Maharaja Ranjit Singh had concubines, maybe he was not a Sikh either?

sorry I just cannot read this without laughing, do you think we should whip her? or maybe stone her to death? I mean the cheek of it, dancing with a bunch of fake sardars, tell you what, why dont you pick on a less easy target, why not go to a Sikh wedding, and find a group of real sardars drunkenly dancing and tell them they are not Sikhs?

Personally I am amazed anyone really cares, given the state and actions of those that claim to represent Sikhism at the highest level

Yeah ranjit singh had that video that was supposedly fake of another baba and he said he never did it or he actually did do it or aplogiZed afterwards look ranjit singh might be part of this parcharik business but he is trying his best to show what sikhs are doing wrong today he might not be the best influencer but he is still a sikh but now we talk about this woman who rejected Sikhism and joins the Bollywood star with other singers it how's she's not willing to learn or anything totally the opposite and maharaj ranjit songs had his up and downs of course he tried to be a devout sikh of course in this situation this woman gives a bad to the whole imagery of woman and it's sad she calls herself a Sikh still. She is being used as a sex object and that is another reason why she ruins the imagery of woman today. Again the rehat maryada states what a Sikh is. Not everyone has the same meaning of who a Sikh is. That's why there is a RM.

Harry ji,

Don't you wonder why she is being promoted? Is it for her acting skills? Seriously?

All of her movies are written with her already in mind. What if she said no to the role? Would they find someone else? I don't think so.

I was watching an IPL cricket match on TV a while back, out of curiosity. I noticed a group of scantily clad White cheerleaders dancing on the side of the cricket field. They are obviously trying to emulate the West, but why wouldn't they use Indian girls? They would never let their own daughters dance on the sidelines, but they have no problem watching imported White girls jump up and down with pom-poms. Do you think they respect those women?

A new horror movie having 30-40% occupancy in its first early morning show once again strengthened my strong belief that Indian filmgoers are always ready for a good spooky movie without any doubt. However on the other side, the sad fact remains that 8 out of 10 times, they mostly feel like fools walking out of the theater after watching these badly made films in the name of horror, trying to earn some quick bucks through a cunningly planned promotional campaign.
