Sat Sri Akal ji,
Anyone has history on how some gutkas/apps have different versions of Sohila bani?
Secondly, what is the true meaning of Rakhiya de shabad which are collected from different places in Guru Granth?

Gutkas are a Free For All types of publication..anyone can put together a Gutka and add or minus anything. No Central Authority to oversee. The Booksellers have been putting together multiple versions according to what "SELLS". The Taksaals, Naamdharees, Nirankarees, Nanaksarees, nihungs, etc etc etc all have their own versions. Even the "Amrit Kirtan Pothi" used by 99.9% of ragis is a Bookseller put together book of shbads, gurbani, non-gurbani, poems etc etc.

The so called "Rakhiya shabds" are LITERAL translations of Gurbani shabads from SGGS. Some may be not Gurbani too as all these are also done by booksellers with an eye on PROFIT. Same BOOKSELLERS have been printing and selling SGGS birs, dsm granths, bhai gurdass Vaars, sau sakhis etc etc etc.
