one really cool thing that the gurdwara i go to has, is they put up a very nice projector/screen combination. as the kirtan is being done, the words are displayed. on top is the line in gurmukhi, under it is the engligh translation, and under that is the pronunciation in english. i feel it...

i am so happy i dont live in the u.k. if i ever saw these things i hear of (i.e muslims trying to convert sikh girls, getting free pizza for bringing a sikh girl to a pizza place, etc) with my own two eyes, i would end up in jail. i have NO respect for ANYONE who attempts to "recruit" other...

personally i feel that if someone is asking you politely about sikhism in order to expand their knowledge, you as a sardar are compelled to answer honestly. think of the impression youre giving them. might they not think that lots of sikhs are sarcastic jerks? by giving those kinda comments...
